Two unused Vehicles.
A 1999 BMW F650 (dual sport), with about $5k worth of Touring accessories. (Easy) Tourareg Rocket Boxes, and mounts. ($3500-4K alone) Hepco Becker Engine case guards, heated grips, Metzler Tourareg Dual Sport tires, DID X-ring chain, Custom seat, etc, etc. Top line. 28K mi. (Just getting broke in.)
2011 Nissan Versa Hatchback. Excellent cond. Front wheel drive, new tires all the way around and Winter tires. 84K mi.
Have not ridden the Bike, since I moved down in 2011. Stored inside/covered.
Have not driven the car for 2 years now.
Two neighbors approached me, (again.) To sell them to them.
Told them $4K for the Bike. (A Steal.)
$4500 for the car. A very good deal.
(Firm.) I do not have to sell either one.

Holy smokes, Ken! Nice score! Are you sure you want to sell that motorcycle? Might make a great 'get-the-hell-outta-Dodge' vehicle. Granted, you'd need a sidecar or trailer for Buddy.

The other stuff, I can part with, not using em' anyway. No Skin off my nose.
Being ambivalent about selling, (for a while now.) works in my favor. 👍😁
