I AM IN THE DECISION PROCESS FOR PURCHASING ONE OF THE SAR USA HANDGUNS AND AS PART OF MY DUE DILLIGENCE I ALWAYS UNDERSTAND WARRANTY PROCESS IN THE EVENT I NEED SOME SUPPORT. SAR USA HAS SOME MIGHTY FINE LOOKING HANDGUNS, LIKE THE K12 SPORT X. DOES ANYONE HAVE INFORMATION ON HOW TO SEE THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT PROCESS. THANKS.

  Look up their website....there is a customer service number if you can not find the information on the website.
