    Klinger tried what going the other way.

    I saw one of the shows they were going to discharge him for being happy

    He made sure they knew he was not happy and was just cross dressing for a section 8

    I would wager he may have had a lot to do with getting that message wored ito a show not wanting his character to be know as happy
