Indianapolis Convention
I got to Indianapolis last night, and this evening found out the NRA convention is going on. I'll probably go tomorrow. Are any of you going to be there?

I went a few times in the past it was interesting and crowded
With that said
I have become disharted with the NRA
I have been a member for as long as I can rember
But the way the money is wasted an Wayne is still in charge and the way they have not jumped in head first on all the anti gun laws
I joined gun owners and will not give another dime to the NRA untill they boot out the top group of officers and actualy take charge of protecting our rights not helping negotiate them away

I went once years ago in Louisville. I'm not enthusiastic for the NRA, like I was in the past, but since I'm in Indianapolis, (and am a Life member) I think I'll go tomorrow.

My pop and I go about every three years. We went to NC, Pittsburg, Houston, Philly and a few others. We were going this year, but we are both tooo busy. Maybe next year. We just like to go, to spend time with each other. Even though we are both life members, not thrilled with the direction, or leaders of the NRA, especially Wayne Lapierre. Total Ahat. Guy is all about himself and how much he can make off the members,IMHO.

I used to be a member until I found out about wayne lapier's financial antics. They sent me a renewal notice, and I told them as long as wayne can dip his fingers in the till, they will never get another penny of my money.

Been a life member since 1983. I stopped sending them $$$ a long time ago due to the way LaPierre and his bunch were getting rich off the membership, instead of fighting the antigunners.

Add me to the list of "Not 'till LaPierre is gone." Told last caller when he said Wayne asked him to call me to go jump in a cold, deep creek.

If it's anywhere near the "Lucas Oil Stadium" stop for lunch/dinner at "Shapiror's". Great Jewish deli cafeteria style all home made stuff.

I stopped by the Gun Broker booth, and mentioned the forum. They looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about.
I sat in John R. Lott's session. It was very good. He said one thing that Trump is not good at is picking people to serve in his administration. He let George W. Bush pick out the people, and they were (for the most part) Trump haters. Hopefully, Trump will know better next time.
