Nevermind A.I., my DOG May take over the world!!!
I present Raven, the wonder dog! Each morning for the past three days, she has gotten out of her kennel and come scampering into the bedroom. Can’t figure how she’s managing it. Not only does her metal kennel have a double (top and bottom) bolt-action style, locking mechanism, but I also have had a tertiary safeguard in place in the form of a caribiner clipping the cage door to the frame. How on earth does a dog open a carbiner?? Somehow, she is un-doing all of this and setting herself free!
Got the Go-Pro set up on her this time, with a pile of treats outside the cage to entice her. Should be interesting…..

Please share the video when you get it! LOL.
Maybe someone is letting her out?
Some dogs are crazy smart. She prob saw how you opened it and just followed your training. 😁
Looking forward to seeing the great escape!

Great looking dog, Brother.
Looks wicked Smart. (You can just tell.)
We had a black lab/mix, that would always get out of the fenced pen, for our dogs. (5' tall enclosure.)
We finally spotted him "Climbing," slowly, (paws in all the right spots) the fence.
Made me not trust fences, for "Athletic," dogs, anymore.
Buddy, (my Pit) is relegated to 100' very beefy overhead Trolley lines.

Seeing that cute thing looks like a stock dog of some kind nothing surprises me.

Bro, your dog is Punking you.
Defeating your security/lock up procedures. (And) Laughing at you.
Are you really going to let them win/defeat you like that?
Man up, Bro. Who's the Boss there?
*All said in Jest, Brother. 👍😁
They can be confounding at some times. (But) Oh, so worth it.

Update ???
Have been recording her constantly. Behaves like a perfect Angel when the camera is on her. Went out yesterday for the afternoon. Got back. Camera battery was dead (no evidence recorded). Dog was out walking around the house like she owned the place, cage door open, caribeener across the room on the floor, and room door open. Yep, that’s right….. she not only got out of the cage, but also got out of the closed office door.
Luckily, she didn’t get into any apparent mischief…..this time.
The mystery continues.

My Pit, (Buddy) used to mouth the front door knob. (There are still teeth marks/gouges on it.) If he had opposable thumbs, he'd a been out.
When, during the 1st mo. after I brought him home at 7-9 mo. according to the Vet. (Found roaming without a collar.) He started taking my house apart (disaster after disaster) while I was gone at work, letting him have the house to roam. (It didn't work out.)
Once he started eating the furniture, his fate was sealed. I bought the biggest cage I could find. I had no sooner set it up, than he went inside and layed down. (Apparently had been crated/caged before.) It's "his house." He just seems to know when he needs to go in. If I ever have to say, "Go to your House," he's in like Flynn.
Best dog EVER. 👍😁
I'm really curious how your dog, defeats the Carabiner (?)

I don't want to be a downer but over 40 years ago I had a dog that tried to get out of a crate much like you described and it managed to hang itself.
That was bad.
Way worse was that dog was my then 8 year old daughter's dog. Lots of crying for a while as she really loved that dog.
Make sure your dog can't cram its head through the top at the side of the crate. Once it gets its head through it can't get it back out.
