Chicken and rice. Whatever the most bland soup you have. Nothing spicy or with lots of herbs.

Chicken and rice, without doubt. Don't add any salt or other seasonings. DRINK LOTS OF WATER! Not beer, not soda. Water.

You should know that Chicken Noodle is Jewish Penicillin.

Dang it. Was craving Bean with Bacon. Could not locate it. Fixed a can of Chef Boyardee Spaghetti and Meatballs. (Sounded good.) Also nuked some left over Chicken and Veggie dumplin's.

No sooner put the Spaghetti and Meatballs in the microwave, when I spotted a can of Bean with Bacon soup. Dang it.

    Oh well, I'm eating.

You must have a cast iron gut.

What you just eat will either cure or kill you.

Keep a clear path between you and Ralph.

The Chef Boyardee Spaghetti and Meatballs, hit the spot. (I very rarely eat them.) It just sounded good, and it was.

Buddy got 95% of the Chicvken/Veggie dumplin's. He just now finished them. A Happy Camper.

1st thing I've gotten in my stomach, all day. Feel better already. πŸ‘

Wish I had found the Bean with Bacon earlier though. 😟

When I get the stomach bug I will only consume chicken bullion. Anything solid seems to make things worse. Regarding those Campbells Beef soups, for some reason my taste buds find a strange flavor like something burnt in them. It is a strong taste and I hate it. About the only canned soups I do like are the Chunky New England Clam Chowder, and the regular Tomato soup. I make the Tomato with milk and always a grilled cheese to dunk in it.

Hope you are feeling better soon Ken!

Chinese hot and sour with grated ginger works for me. But I've been told more than once I'm atypical.

Sorry you don't feel well. Try a big bowl of Thai red curry soup with rice noodles, fried tofu chunks, and garlic-infused eggplant slices.

You may want to ask your primary care doctor if REGLAN is appropriate for you to take when you have occasional nausea.

Did you know that soup was invented accidently by a guy named Grog Campbell, who used a gallon of water to put the fire out when his Wooly Mammoth steak overheated.

It is said that he also invented the kilt, but I will save that story for another day. 😁

Had the Bean with Bacon soup last night. Unfortunately, I got out an old (unopened) box of cheap (store brand) Saltines and opened one of the 4 small sealed stacks. Crushed a small handful to put in the soup.

It wrecked it. They were way stale, even in the soup. What was even worse was they had an ammonia aftertaste. I even ate one of the crackers out of the stack/bag to confirm. I've noticed this before. What the heck? In to the trash (okay, out for the animals in the woods) they go.

When I have a cold not a sick stomach I always get a spicy flavor of ramen in cup πŸ˜‹ it's one of my favorite foods that's terrible for you πŸ˜‹

Chicken noodle. Also, get some ginger ale. The ginger is a medicinal root and it really helps an upset stomach.

I never drink soft drinks, but the girlfriend got me on the ginger ale when I had food poisoning and it helped immensely.

Not Sprite and not 7-Up, ginger ale.

"Bad" crackers are caused by the shortening going rancid.

I hate to come off as an ass, but you asked for suggestions, got several good ones, and ignored them. Why bother asking?
