Use XP-100 and select "exact phrase" that will narrow it down some...

    Thank You.

I will give it a try.

Not for nothing, (but) Why would that be necessary?

"XP100," generates a few, but the majority have nothing to do with, (or) have anything to do with XP100's.

It will likely pick up anything with X, P, 100 as well as the exact phrase XP-1-00. I wanted one of those until I saw the price of the ammo. That has happened a couple of times. I guess I am too cheap to store expensive ammo I will probably shoot very seldom.

Thanks @He Dog. I've wanted an XP-100 for a looong time. Finally scratched that itch. I love the one I purchased. (Stole It, IMHO.)

I look at it as an "Investment Piece," one that will increase in value over the years. Mine is a gorgeous Firearm work of Art. Just beautiful.

I have 3 boxes of 7mm Remington BR, that should be delivered today. Not cheap. $214 (delivered) I can't wait to fire off a few rounds. (Sourced through Hendershot's.) 140gr. XTP tipped Noslers.

Would love one in .223 or .308. πŸ‘πŸ˜

The 7mm Remington BR round, is typically (possibly only) in the longer barrel (14.5") Silhouette model. (.221 Fireball is the most commonly caliber found, in the XP-100.)

.223/.308 not very frequently seen. Those would be my preference, for one to be shot more often.

I typed in XP100 and got quite a few hits for other stuff. So I then punched pistols on the left side of the screen and cut down the hits somewhat. There was an option on the left to then limit the search to Remington and voila, 1 full page of nothing but XP100's. Refining the search after the initial results seems to work great. Yes, a couple of extra steps but it beats looking through 10 pages of stuff to find what you are looking for. Bob

He Dog you might want to keep your eyes open for one chambered in .223 or .308. Be a lot cheaper to shoot than .221 fireball or Ken's 7mm. Personally, I really like the XP but can't justify buying one because I have that category covered with my Super 14 Contender. Bob

Ken, once upon a time long, long ago I could type in 37 Winchester and get only 37 Winchesters and related parts. E-Mailed support many times and did what they said.

I wish you well getting exactly what you want. I tried everything to get rid of the garbage that was unrelated to what I wanted. Again, good luck Ken. πŸ˜€ -------------Ray

Ray, try typing in 37 Winchester and when the bazillion results come up, go to the choose category list on the left. At the bottom of the list, click see all and when the full category list comes up, click single shot shotguns. I just tried it and all I got was 34 mod 37 shotguns and one listing for sling swivels for some unknown reason. Bob

Posted it before @BobJudy, probably saw it, (but) If you want one to shoot (regularly) @He Dog, you want one in .223/.308.

I would like to find one. The .308 model with a nice wood thumbhole grip offerred up for Sale, was on the Auction side, the same time I was trying to win mine. Buying/bidding on two at the same time, was not prudent/doable.

I almost bought the one I posted about in 7mmΓ—47 Spencer last night, because it was going cheap. I bid at tge very last moment, (and was High Bidder, for about 15 min.) πŸ˜† @ $606-$626. (It was @ $581 when I bid.) A "15 minute rule" bidding war took off and it was bought for $681. From a 1st time Bidder. (On that Auction.) FFL, "check," and "G" member. More than likely for re-sale.

I would have worried about sourcing ammo, or took up handloading if purchased. πŸ€”πŸ‘πŸ˜

Typing anything into the search bar is futile but not entirely GB's fault. Using the side bar search/sorting is the only way beacause of the way people list things.

Example: Typing in "Smith and Wesson" will miss a lot, just like S&W will leave out plenty.

    Smith Wesson

    Smith and Wesson

    S&W

    Smith-Wesson

    or just as bad:

    .41

    41

    41 Rem

    .41 Remington

    .41 Rem.

    41 Remington Mag

    .41 Remington Magnum

    41 Rem Mag

I have given up and just sort it out on the sidebar.

    XP100, is pretty specific, IMHO.

If you are not exact on what you are looking for, a lot of stuffs turns up. Does that to me all the time. That is why I go gun brokeπŸ€”πŸ˜². I'm also going to blame Buffalo Trace for a few of those purchases. πŸ˜‰

"XP100," Should be specific enough, without jumping through hoops.

It does get tiresome when you are looking for a SPECIFIC item. I have often given up when searching for that ONE item and gone to a retail site and bought new rather than wade through all the stuff unrelated to my search.

Not a good result/outcome for GB.

    It should be intuitive.

    (Again,) not a complaint.

    Just an observation.

BobJudy, i can eliminate a lot of the garbage by using search on the left. Problem is some of the items I am looking for fall thru the crack sometimes. if I ask for just Shotgun Parts some of those parts drop out when compared to general search 37 Winchester. I suspect part of problem is sellers enter items different ways. i know i want my cake and eat it too. All I know is years ago got exactly what i wanted by typing in 37 Winchester. Also, don't know why so much garbage with simple search like 37 Winchester. Perhaps it's marketing and GB thinks you will buy something you really did not ask for? ------------------------------Ray
