    I recently bought some 20V tools and thought about doing the same thing. I remember something about the chargers not working with certain tools.

    Those are compatible. I have several of the same chargers and batteries.

    They can be somewhat finicky to load, especially when new.

    Sometimes you have to be a bit aggressive when seating the battery. You could also try holding the release button while seating the battery.

    you can buy adapters I have them to go from 18 to 20 vt for Dewalt battery's and have one that uses Milwaukee on the Dewalt the options are huge

    go on line amazon has a lot of them so many adapters you can find one to use just about any battery on any tool

    Thanks Gregor62. I make errors anymore and tend to blame myself for everything. My confidence has been renewed! I'm not as dumb as my wife says.

    Success. As Gregoer62 mentioned, they are a little tricky to load. I just gave up too soon earlier.
