As long as I can remember it was a well know issue
Hot summer days in big cities equal more peope out side and more fights and of course no respect for life means more shooting
addi population increase high poverty and the left refusing to jail or go after thugs add over crowding the system mix in illegal drugs and so many ethnic groups
