Free Gym Membership
Been awhile since I posted this so here goes. depending on what supplement you have to your Medicare program you may qualify for a free nation wide membership to hundreds of gyms. Google Silver Sneakers. I have been a member for 12 years now and have visited health clubs from coast to coast, all free. It is a great opportunity to get back in shape and make new friends. Mebbe eben hook up with a lonesum widder lady!!! Bein' hapily maried an' still purty gud lookin', I sumtimes hafta fite 'em off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Almost sounds like one of those Medicare Advantage plan commercials elubsme! You could replace a few of those old long in the tooth celebrities who have totally worn out their celebrity status (with me)! 😁

Instead of joining the gym again this year year, my wife had me buy the equipment and put it in our basement. Makes a great place for her to hang her uniforms and dry towels. I told her, you could have just had me build you another closet and towel hanger, it would have been cheaper!!🤬

Going to renew my membership at the gym on Monday. I was hitting the gym three times a week prior to my ablation in November. Finally able to get back at it..
I will be hitting the magic age next year for Medicare and will be looking into the Silver Sneakers program..
