It's Personal Now
My sweetheart Diane passed away a few days before Christmas. My little dog "Willie" passed away around ten days ago. Willie was my heart and soul. He was my everything. And now, I have lost my Country. What is going on now with the DA and DJT is a tragedy. It is bigger than Trump. I voted for President Trump twice. Perhaps i am over reacting. I just don't know and it is too soon to decide who i will vote for.
Just before the last election i took notice of the Trump/Biden signs on my way to visit my daughter Heather the horse lady up in Delaware County, NY. Most of the Biden signs were out on the edge of the Highway or near the ski slopes or tourist traps. As you began to climb the mountains into the beautiful interior, I noticed that the density of Trump signs increased and not only that but they were firmly planted in peoples front yards. i even noticed that some of the farmers/residents had painted messages on their barns. It was as though DJT would give them hope from the oppressive Yoke of Tyranny placed on them and make things better. It was now Personal.
Before the election and especially in past three or four years people from Westchester, Long island, NYC and elsewhere are buying up those old farm houses and pumping mega bucks into them. They turn them into B&B's and make big bucks on them or they move into these beautiful old restored farmhouses. They don't bring our conservative values with them. They infiltrate the schools and indoctrinate the kids. get in the court system, serve on the local planning boards etc. They are like a Cancer that becomes Metastasized.
Many have left and became part of the NY Exodus. The Fly Over Zone if you will. They have settled in Pro-Gun Freedom loving states like Texas, Florida, Tennessee, Idaho etc. They yearn to be with like minded people.
The farmers know when you mess with the Old Bull and he knocks the fence down, he is going to cut and run and if you really mess with him you are going to get the horn.
I miss my sweetheart Diane and my little dog Willie more than words can describe. I know I am an old man now and the shadows are lengthening for me. I also know that I would rather die on my feet than spend the rest of my life on my knees.

I would love to see Trump elected again and really run up a body count with the left wing democrap commies but I fear we will get another four years of the brain dead zombie. Between the stupidity of the American people, the reluctance of most of the republicans to do anything, and the bald faced cheating of the democraps, I think the sanctity of the vote is a joke now. God Bless America.

Fellas….I’m with you. I feel the same way about this country (I love it) and hate seeing it turned into some sort plaything for a godless group of politicians.

I know. I mean, it seems that all reason has been cast aside and no amount of talk can fix the issues America has. But violence isn’t the answer. I have to take the high road and keep my faith even though sometimes it’s really difficult to do so.
I read a very interesting article about anarcho-tyrrany by an author on Epoch Times. He summarizes the current American situation thusly:
the United States and much of the Western world will descend not to “socialism” classically understood but to anarcho-tyranny, which is arbitrary law as the normal way of conducting public life. No one can count on any rules. Everything is fluid and constantly changing. There’s only one feature we can expect: whatever happens, it will be compulsory; that is, backed by the threat of violence.
and we see this everyday. We have seen it for years now. There is no place for reason or debate. Only power and control by those without morals and violence perpetrated and honored when it is visited upon those who don’t follow the popular narrative of the fringe groups.

Face it guy's, the conservatives have been outmaneuvered by the dems and foreign socialist regimes. Our country is at the mercy of the disinformation highway. Everywhere you look we are being told what to think and to not trust what we see with our own eyes. 3/4 of the media and the postings on twitter, tiktok, facebook, etc.. tell us what a great job old Joe is doing, both by dems and foreign bots. We have created a lazy, both physical and intellectual, large class of people in this country who are bored and ready to believe anything they see on their computer or phone. They don't want to work, so getting them to participate in class warfare is easy because they see it as beneficial to getting/financing their free stuff. Tax the heck out of the rich even though they don't get any more services for their bucks than anyone else. Kinda sounds like the dems platform doesn't it?
Send them all a ballot so they don't even have to leave the house to vote and tell them the Republicans will cut their freebies and actually want them to go to work sorta guarantees dem votes.
I get a chuckle sometimes when I listen to the libs. One told me there shouldn't be any billionaires because our Declaration Of Independence says, "All men are created equal". My answer was that we start out equal but most squander their opportunities, so he shouldn't blame the billionaires for his own shortcomings. Obviously, he will vote dem no matter who the candidate is because he wants those rich folk to pay more taxes so that he can keep collecting his freebies. I don't know how to fix this and don't know if it is even possible to fix so we may have continuing dark days ahead. Bob

@BobJudy : you sum things up so well, I’d vote for you if you were on the ballot. :)
@Lady Rae : the founding fathers and the revolutionaries had a way with words that ring true to this day. In some cases they were idealistic and perhaps even naive, but their words and their visions of America are still valid. The trouble is, those visions were based on hard work, self improvement, and faith. Those 3 things are missing from young Americans these days.
When I think of the current America, I see our country falling apart and I can see horrific consequences looming if things don’t change. Another civil war? A tyrannical government bent on violent oppression? Anything is possible right now. And experience says that sometimes you have to reach rock bottom, you have to be faced with ‘live or die’ as your only options before you can clearly see what’s needs to be done and find the courage & strength to make it happen. Should America arrive at that point, I suspect the consequences will be the end of us all.
