Para Ordnance Slim-Hawg

The gun has a failure to extract. Usually it is the first or second round, but I did see the last round stuck in the extractor after firing, so this is why I believe it is an extraction problem. Same issue with different mags .

Anyone have this issue or do you know the problem ?
