When I lived in Hawaii I was amazed at the amount of Spam they ate over there. Its crazy. Its non stop Spam ads, Spam on the shelves everywhere you go. You will NOT beleive how many variations there are of Spam.

Yeah, like the Sodium level was not high enough already.
I have (a'hem) quite a few cans on hand, not only to eat when I get the urge, but for the SHTF stash.
What's funny is people always bad mouth it, (But) when Covid hit, you couldn't find a can anywhere.

I like it, but I buy only the lower sodium singles because eating a can of it by myself is way too much, even spaced out over a few days. Wife won't touch it. The singles are just right for a sammich or with a couple eggs. Sadly, singles don't come in flavors that I've seen, just original and lite salt.
A nicely fried single, a schmear of Duke's, and a generous number of pickled jalapeno slices makes a mighty fine sammich. Sourdough is best.
