I like that. I like that for outdoor events like picnics and short term camping and so on. Dirty hands and surfaces don't work well for preparing and serving food. I guess the critical part is the water source. I see there's a pump with the system. For me it would be a 5 gallon jug of city water. Nice. Thanks for posting that.

We always camp next to a lake or crick. And use Ivory soap, it floats!!! Drill a hole in it and loop a coupla feet of para cord through it. - Soap ona rope!
