When rhe gal in Florida received a huge pay out for buying her Kat it went crazy since
I did read the day she did it some how the coffee pot had been turned up super hot for cleaning or simular and she did get burned bad
But any big corporation is a easy target most car chasing lawyers know the deep pocket company's will pay 50 to 100k and go on as it's cheaper and less bad pess to do so
The company I worked for always proud and had countless Semi trailers on the toad with huge red letters with the company name
But stopped it became too many people targeted there trucks would cause a accident to get a chunk of money
Also proven most jury's will "put it to" big company's in huge award money as way to get even for their own hard feelings

So many of these cases should never make it off the attorneys desk that wrote up the complaint. Yet alone make it into court.
Malous and direct negligence to a person is one thing, accidents and stupidity by the same person is another.

Anyone that owns a business, knows the risk of being sued at some point. There are just too many scumbags out there, looking for free money. It is an easy mark for these car chasing lawyers and their lazy clients, to go after, Why work when you can get free money. In the end, the clients get a little amount of the settlement, while the lawyers buy another vacation home with their cut. We all know someone, that is a professional at constantly suing, to make a living.
