    Yes, yes he did.

They voted down affirmative action with the latest judge being an affirmative action appointee.

Irony: it isn't just how the well water tastes.

Affirmative Action was the most racist concept ever devised.

Affirmative action, later to be called diversity is strictly raciest. I have said in the past and I still say. I will offer a $1000 to anyone that can show me where, affirmative action/diversity has ever designed, built or manufactured anything.

I have mentioned before how I peruse numerous so called news sources. Sometimes for a laugh and sometimes sometimes it is prudent to know thine enemy. The total meltdown on liberal media about this ruling is amazing. A lawsuit brought by our rather small, by comparison, Asian minority has somehow morphed into white supremacy by the liberal talking heads! They just don't understand that preferential treatment of any one group is blatant racism,

A level playing field based only on merit is the only non-racist and fair system that exists. Perhaps right after the abolishment of segregation the affirmative action stuff had its place. Now several generations later any perceived shortcomings that any particular group exhibits is their own fault. Perhaps they should look inward to fix their own problems and not use the handy overused excuse of racism. Bob

There will always be racism. We are probably hard-wired to suspect, distrust, and avoid the "different".

It is institutionalized racism that is especially evil. Prescribed prejudice like affirmative action is but one example.

Props to the Biden administration for overseeing the ending of a large part of what contributes to systemic racism in America!

Does shutting down  affirmative action mean that Viagra sales will tank and Big Pharma will suffer?

    How about the OceanGate Submarine?

    checkmate sir!

OceanGate CEO explains why he didn't want to hire '50-year-old White guys' to pilot subs | Fox Business
OceanGate Expeditions CEO Stockton Rush, who is onboard the missing Titan submersible, once explained in an interview why he didn't hire captains with military experience.

@Warbirds, I have read the article twice, and I see nothing in it that says. The submersible would not have failed if it would have been designed and built by someone of color. The submersible failed because they were experimenting trying to use a carbon fiber hull. Affirmative action had nothing to do with its failure.

I feel people should be hired or put in a position of acceptance account of their merit and qualifications, not their skin color.

I love black conservatives. Clarence Thomas on Ketanji Brown Jackson.

    *******************************

"As she sees things, we are all inexorably trapped in a fundamentally racist society, with the original sin of slavery and the historical subjugation of black Americans still determining our lives today," wrote Thomas.

"Worse still, Justice Jackson uses her broad observations about statistical relationships between race and select measures of health, wealth, and well-being to label all blacks as victims. Her desire to do so is unfathomable to me," Thomas later wrote. "I cannot deny the great accomplishments of black Americans, including those who succeeded despite long odds."

Thomas went on to argue that Jackson's "race-infused worldview falls flat at each step" and is "siloing us all into racial castes and pitting those castes against each other."

Ketanji Brown Jackson accuses Clarence Thomas of having 'an obsession with race consciousness' and relying on 'many more straw men' than can be listed in his affirmative action opinion
The Supreme Court's two Black Justices engaged in a war of words via written opinions on a case in which the Court struck down affirmative action.

The article quotes the CEO as saying he didn’t want a “bunch of 50 year old white guys” building his submarine.

I was trying to make a joke which doesn’t always translate here on the internet.

The submersible failed because Rush was ignorant of his own field, aviation, and oblivious of what was actually needed for deep ocean vehicles. Hubris, arrogance and ignorance are a lethal combination. Race had nothing to do with it.
