    Tha 9mm Glisenti (Italian) fits those dimensions, especially the case length.

    Added: The 9mm Luger and 9mm Glisenti have similar / same measurements. The Glisenti is loaded to lower pressure. The standard 9mm Luger cartridge is very much more common.

    I just looked, and sure enough, there are 64 rounds per box. Paid 2 bucks for it, so I guess it wont cost me much to toss them..

    64 rounds = 2 sten mags at that time you can find it in 8mm too, made in canada
