River time
Took the camper to my lot on the river today. Three acres with 90 feet of river frontage but it's all an embankment. Boat ramp and communal pavilion are right next to it. Just a few cabins up there is a communal gravel bar area for swimming and sunning.
Took #1 and her family along for the ride. Boys had a blast and us older folk got a chance to relax and cool off. Dash thermometer said 102 as we drove. By the time we got to the river the temps had cooled to a pleasant 97.

I don't know why but I love rivers/streams far more than lakes/oceans. Just me I guess but those are beautiful pics. I am envious!!

Beautiful property and view......the old fisherman in me wants to know how the fishing is and what species are usually encountered ?

I have access to the river, but it's all mud along the shore. Sure looks like you have a sweet spot, to wad and enjoy.
