Work tomorrow, then two days off. Have about 3-4 lbs of Snow crab to throw in the smoker. (Excellent, if you have not tried it that way.)

    *Drawn/melted butter of course.

Started to do some tonight, but I have way too much food. 😁

This is gonna be really, really good.

Dang! Working in that market sure seems to have its perks. Almost makes me want to go back to work.... Naahh!😁

Enjoy your steaks, you earned them. Maybe Buddy can also get a nibble or two. Bob

Buddy is fine. I should have it so good. πŸ™„

He got a couple nibbles of T-bone and he's gonna get one of the bones in his crate when I leave for work, here in a bit.

I have been a bit disappointed lately in the locally available ribeye steaks being quite tough no matter how I cook them. Have gone to T-Bones and Porterhouse's where at least I know the one smaller section of the cut is always very tender.

Anyway, I've never cared for eating the fat, so my dogs are always close by to keep me from wasting good food!

And Ken, please give Buddy a pet from me! Dogs are a big part of my family!

I lost a good hunting buddy to a bone sliver. NO bones.

    Sounds good to me

My departed BIL use to fry up taters and onions when we visited him in Georgia a few times each year

He said to breakup the boring just taters all the time

That was years ago your post shook the memory tree I may have to fry up a pan full in his honor this week

    RIP Gene .

I heard you @elubsme. I had those same thoughts when I was leaving him the T-bone. He usually gets 2" thick cut Cow femurs with some meat on them and bone marrow inside them in his cage. (One everytime I leave.) No chance of shattering and he LOVES them.

@Ditch-Runner, I cook onions about everytime I cook potatoes anymore. The combo together is really good.

This was a Large onion cut in to 3rds coated with EVOO and some seasoning salt/pepper and grilled with the Steak and potatoes. Very good with a steak and Taters.

Finished the last portion of left over T-bone (about 8 bites or so) and a couple Taters last night when I got home from work. Few other odds and ends.
