You got it. The federal agency I worked for would not appeal a loss involving a rule or regulation, unless they were pretty sure the District decision was likely to be overturned. An agency loss on appeal broadens the application of the District decision.

I have seen only if your a member of the groups who filed the suit like GOA AND firearms coalition are covered and one more group but not nation wide and everyone is still under the rule of being a felon

yep about three years after I destroyed mine and lost my $ 100.00 and countless others did the same and companies went bust and dealers lost thousands ( or wrote it off I hope ) they decide their legal and ATF and trump were wrong
just a bit late
