With Washington State's new AWB bill, can a resident sell on GB if it ships to an out of state FFL?

Pretty much as title says.. Not sure if I have to "sell" to an out of state FFL, or if I can sell to an out of state resident and go through an FFL as usual.

  List on gb will have to got to FFL anyway

  If you have what WA considers an AWB you can do 1 of several things.

  1. Keep said AW. You can legally own it and shoot it.
  2. Sell it to a FFL out of State (or to a person on GB as long as you’re sending it to a FFL)
  3. Surrender it to law enforcement.
