I have never gotten this pay a bunch of money to a company you gave a lot of money to so you can now advertise for them at your expense.
I carry Sigs and in fact (right now) only own Sigs (pistol wise) but if Sig wants me to drink coffee out of their cup, wear a hat that says Sig (instead of one with our flag) or any such promotional BS they will have to send it to me free of charge and I will invoice them for each time I wear/use it as an endorsement fee.
Edit: No one knows it but I am famous 😂
