No idea personally - but you might try Smokey Mountain Knife Works - 1-800-251-9306.

Alternately - you might ask "Mammothman" who sells knives on the auction side. Here is one of his auctions:

Frank Beltrame Italian switchblade 11" Stag handles - Automatic Knives at GunBroker.com : 998088432
Buy Frank Beltrame Italian switchblade 11" Stag handles: GunBroker is the largest seller of Automatic Knives Knives & Swords All: 998088432

You can "Ask The Seller A Question" - and go from there.

Or you can try paging "Knife Collector" on the forums - but I haven't seen him post in some time.

    Best Regards - AQH

That is definitely a monogram. If there are no markings on the blade, then I would say it is probably a ceremonial/fraternal dagger. I doubt it, but the makers mark might just be under the handle, in the tang, like a Japanese sword, but I doubt it for something like this. A knife make is your best bet to find any more info.

Oakie, thanks for the tip! I'll see if I can take the handle off later.
