I grew up "Pledging Allegiance To The Flag."
Our current crop of miscreants, would have a meltdown. (And probably need a Time Out and need to go to their "Safe Place.")
There used to be institutional Pride in America. (As well as Personal Pride.)
We have allowed things to stray off the path. (To our Detriment.)

We never did it on Saturday or Sunday. We did buy savings stamps, which traded for Savings Bonds, and kept America strong. Given the interest yield, it should have been strong.

I also remember that back in those days........".......under God......" actually meant something.
Yes......I know it was added......but I, for one, have ALWAYS left it in. 😔

We still PROWDLY recite it at reunions and gun club meetings.
What I find most disgusting is DEMOCRATs and their politicized courts want to ban the word "God" and either eradicate the pledge altogether. Such people need to go find a home somewhere else.
