Worse day ever.
Got a call while on vacation. Our dog was sick and we needed to come home right away. Got home and our dog was in a full seizure and her one eye was bulging. We rushed to to a animal hospital an hour away. For the next four days, The doctors tried to figure out what was going on. She has diabetes and is blind, for the last two years. Well it seems she had a very large brain tumor. At 4 am this morning, We said our last goodbyes to our dear sweet Isabella. The three of us held her, as she went to the rainbow bridge. I don't think I have ever cried so much as I have today. She was our baby. I'm just so glad she is not suffering anymore and I pray we made the right decision. May she rest in peace. The best schnauzer we ever had.

Last weekend we had a scare with our 17 year old rescue Healer /McNabb. We always figured she was from a ranch up on the Bear River ridge so we put her in the little car and off we went to the top so she could see what she loved one more time. She is with us a

Its never easy saying goodby to a four legged friend. We get so damn attached to them that its heart breaking when they leave us. I lost my 13 year old Border Collie, Julie, three years ago and I still break out crying when I remember her.

Oakie, I am so sorry your Isabella has passed on. I know how you must feel because my little Willie passed away about two months ago after loosing my wife at Christmas. My life will never be the same with out Willie. You and Isabella will be together again. -------Ray
