    Thanks for the post, that took me back a few years.

    The gunsmith wearing the blue shirt at Smith and Wesson is Jim Rae, who was in charge of The Performance Center at the time.

    I had some dealings with him on an issue with a PC gun, and he was the most pleasant person that went way out of his way to help me out resulting in the most harmonious outcome.

    Made me want to acquire more Smith products and I have done so.
