    Interesting. My retired badge from SDSO is the badge I carried for 20 years. It also has a "Honorably Retired" rocker on the front and my name engraved on the back.

    They spared no expense. It is solid silver, the newer ones are silver plated.

    As far as the Georgia badge, I would sell that thing now, while it is a hot commodity. I bet Trump would love to sign it, after he takes her to school.

    My Dad passed on 3 Chicago Police badges to me from the early 40's. Don't know what happened to them which is not like me🤨

    I see a lot of badges on Flea pay and at gun shows in the $20-$50 range. sometimes more.

    I still have my badge that I carried for over 30 years. It is encased in clear plastic which was required for me to be allowed to have it when I retired.. Not worth much, but priceless to me.

    I'm not sure that it would be worth much more now, since it's the DA, and not the Sheriff that's going after Trump. If they made a DA badge for Fulton County though, you could sell it as a toilet seat lid.....
