That robber should have chosen one of them NO GUNNS ALLOWED SIGNS that stores post outside.
They should also add to that sign, PLEASE REMOVE SKI MASK BEFORE ENTERING.
I avoid them NO GUNS ALLOWED stores.
I've also noticed that LEO's do not carry a gun to protect me, they carry a gun to protect themselves.

If you look at all of the comments - there are a lot of "Fudds" and "Winnies" that think this was "too serious a response".
Would be 'enlightening' if they were faced with such a situation and 'Providence' forbid a pistol whipping. Would change a lot of "Blue" ""Winnie"" attitudes.
I am sorry that the States Attorney there did not sentence him to 2 hours of range time with a certified instructor - per month for 3 months - to improve his aim.

I like the comment that he never put the beer down and it was not Bud Lite.
Bought a new phone at Verizon about two years ago. Sign on glass by door. "No firearms". I complained to manager. Told him take that sign down you could save a life. Couple months later sign was gone. Did I make a difference? Who cares? The sign is gone.
Have a gift card for Panera Bread for $100 for two years now. Same story. Sign "No firearms". My sweetheart Diane tried to get me to use the card. She is in Heaven now. Next time I go by will look for sign. If still there I will cut up card while manager watches. Sure he can put up the sign and I can cut up my gift card too. ---------------------------Ray

Please donate the card to your favorite charity or give it to someone you know who could use it, make sure someone uses that card if not Panera keep the entire $100

Went to HD yesterday to get some driveway sealer and checked out Panera Bread. "No firearm" sign is gone. Don't know when it came down. Anyone know if they have a corporate policy? Will give card to my Son-in-Law. ----------------Ray

Now if only the beer was Bud Lite. Also if I was the shop keep that man would get free beer while I'm working there.
