Question for the motorcycle crowd

I am looking into some type of radio communication we can use while in our SxS.

The engine noise makes it difficult to communicate without stopping, so I have been looking for input from anyone that has experience with this type of device.

  I have JM helmet kits, but they are not the greatest. My son uses the "Rugged. Radios" for their atv's and enduros. They work great. You can hear over the motors and have a pretty good distance. Cardo Makes a good system too. That is what my dad and I use when snowmobiling and on our quads. Little pricy for both, but worth it. Some even have the bluetooth , so you can listen to music. The one on my Harley, turns the music off, as soon as you start to talk. Oakie

  Thanks John, I was hoping you would chime in, as I know you are a group rider.

  I don't really care about the Bluetooth capability, since we already have a sound bar on board.

  I think I will go with the Rugged Radios unit so we can add other riders to the system.
