I bid on a real dog turd…

How exciting & I don’t even know what to think!

The “what did you buy last” thread made me feel a bit stagnant on the auction side. So here I am.

1) It is a total “bubba” gun with “custom” work, it gives Glock a new meaning of Ugly (you know me, it has to be a Glock)… side bonus- it’s part of a police confiscation auction, so you know its sweet….

2) I’m actually winning the auction

3) The parts are still worth more than the transaction at my max bid. & I bet technically it still functions despite Bubba’s best gunsmithing.

Will update in a few days ya’ll.

    Kinda makes you wonder what somebody was thinking when they do something like that. I guess this is where I'm supposed to wish you good luck on the auction, but somehow my heart just isn't in it to do so.😁 Bob

    That would strip off I would think and help it. After that it might surprise you. Kind of like a late night date. It looked bad at the time and in the morning they still look bad but now you have a little attachment. 🤗

    Good luck. At least they didn’t ship it to Ukraine like that one pd did with all their firearms that couldn’t be returned!

    So the reason I bid is because a friend has a new laser engraver that seems pretty capable, If ai win Im going to see if that can be cleaned up.

    I'm curious as to what your results will be. Will the Laser Engraver melt all that "stippling?"

    There is a gun shop east of Springfield MO that went nuts with their laser engraver. They laser engraved their shop name on almost every accessory in the store. I did grab a Lets Go Brandon AR mag from them. It is a interesting store as you feel like you stepped back into the 1980's with their collection nunchucks, samurai swords, and throwing stars - all laser engraved with their name. They even have small casket shaped gun cases - also Laser Engraved.

    Actually for real all kidding a side. If you win the bid I would be curious to hear back here on the forms if it functions reliably.

    I always believed in function over beauty. I know colts can take a beating and still function. Just curious how much abuse a Glock can take.
