    The hardest part of my CHF treatment was the catheterization and placement of two stents (in retrospect not that bad). A little change in meds and moderate exercise is doing the trick. I too am type 2 but don't use that style insulin & syringe.

    I don't have diabetes, but I do have CHF. Six massive heart attacks, and seven stents. Born with small arteries. Feeling great and have my cardio doc up my backside, all the time. He keeps me going. I just can't give up all the stuff I need to, like cheese and seafood. I do limit it though and stopped drinking coffee so much. I have about six ounces of coffee a day. Coke is my worst enemy. I drink it like it is going out of style.

    I've never eaten an A1C in my life and don't intend to. I don't have to worry about keeping it down that way.
