On my tablet I have plenty of bull pictures and broncs... Most of the broncs were born next to us.... I was sad to hear yesterday that Lou Bugenig (the owner of West Coast Rodeo) is selling out to someone in Red Bluff... It's been a honor and privilege to be with these animals.

I grew up with horses next door. I could walk right over to the fence and feed them a carrot or an apple and pet them all day. The horses loved it and so did I. They are great neighbors

It's kinda hard to tell from certain standing angles, some have horns and some have apparently been de-horned, get ready you'll see a lot of good fights going on soon if they're kept like that.

Every winter 25 or so are next to us on a 13 acre hill... We have joked about putting grandstands on our lane and charging admission for the bull fights. A few times they have popped through the fence, sometimes they spill outside of the entry of the barn and other times they have spilled out of the side wall of the barn... Once in a lifetime. How I will miss them.

Yep, it's amazing at the pure muscles you see and the damage that can occur when they get riled up and get to fighting....been there too many times π²

Back then my sex life & life in general was too important to me to risk the damage that those things could do....π

These are my noisy neighbors on the back lot in Virginia. They seem to enjoy my company and come running over to me when I am working in the back lot area, I am sure they miss me on my long absences. Note the notch i cut in the stump so I could climb over and pet them once in a while.
Once I cut down a wild cherry in the fence line on the left side and Monroe's champion bull made a bee line for me. Cherry fell on wrong side. You never saw anyone throw a wild cherry across a fence so fast in your life. Not sure if the bull wanted my hide or the wild cherry leaves, He got neither.
On the other side my good friend and neighbor Bill has horses, chickens. guineas, pigs, goats, He is a deer hunter like me and is a prepper.
I was always a country boy at heart but i am still stuck in the Socialist State of NY. ---------------------Ray
