Crestline windows
My son looked at a house (he's looking for one to buy) that had these installed as a re-hab scenario. Some seemed to have leaked and didn't seem too impressive to me?

Well, if he likes the house otherwise he should position his offer with window replacement in mind, which will likely involve fixing related water damage and mold cleanup.

Installed wrong if they leaked.

Not a big fan of them. Most people/builders, don't go cheap on quality window. I will say that, windows and doors have been hard to find and are way behind in orders. Covid played a big part in this, as many places worked on a limited staff or completely shut down. Some builders were ordering a year in advance for both windows and doors. As Mr.P stated, you are going to have to deal with more than just leaking windows. A lot of damage is hidden behind that sheetrock😉

I'm sorry, but yes to what Mr. P said. It can get real expensive the more damage is found, which you won't know until you rip into it.
