Adding shipping to the invoice
How do I add the shipping to the buyers invoice?

Was there a fixed charge in the auction, or was it "actual shipping" charges to be determined after the auction?

I've only ever done auctions with a fixed price, but try going into your sold invoices, and click on the "edit order" button on the right side of the order. I know you can add a tracking number to the invoice, so I'm guessing that's where you can add the shipping amount also. Just a WAG though, good luck.

Go into your sold orders list, and it should be on the right side of the page, on each order, highlighted in green. If you click on the order number, and get into the order, it's in the meddle of the page, highlighted in green.

Yes I am logged in. The green button says view order not edit order. I have used this process many times before without an issue but seem to have a problem now. .?.

Go into your invoice and add it there.....BUT.....the item cannot be in "buyer review" to do this. If your customer has it in buyer review you'll have to contact them and ask them to confirm it so you can add shipping.
