Am I the only one of us GB'ers who cheered when the womens soccer team got sent home???
I said hell yes!! Did multiple fist pumps. Said things like "You kneeling disrespectful to your country jerks got just what you deserve!!!!"
It was nice to see the team get to slink home.
Maybe next time they will stand at attention, hand over their hearts and sing the words to their national anthem.
I think it is great they are coming home disgraced!!
But that's my opinion!! What say you??

I just hope that Rapinhoe fades into obscurity like he/she deserves. If the media ignore "it", we won't hear about "it" in the future, but that won't likely happen. "It" will be made a celebrity sports announcer and crammed down our throats for years! 🤮

Not respecting the USA and not saying a prayer might have upset someone or something.
Just did not have any Good Luck on their side for some reason.
It kinda seemed their was a greater power type spirit against them. (due to, well you know)
The ball just would not go into the net. Why????

I didn't cheer because I pay so little attention to those attention seeking women of the night that I didn't even know they were playing. I figured they were losers so that part is unsurprising.

The US did in fact play a good game. The first 90 minutes we had 3 very good shots on goal, clearly our best game of the tournament. We should have won 3-0.
However, the enemy goalie was fantastic, and she blocked every shot.
For overtime, coach put in Rapinoe and she played poorly in the 30 minute overtime. She did more harm than good during the overtime, and then missed the penalty kick that would have won the game.
She gets paid $7 million. The US would have been way ahead to pay Megan her $7 million to stay at home in America. We could have put a fired up rookie on the field for $300 grand, in Megan's place, and the rookie probably would have made the penalty kick.

Any Team/Individual, that thumbs their nose and disrespects our Country, (especially abroad, while representing our Country) earns my lack of Respect/Support.
Go to North Korea, Russia, Sudan and see what that gets you.
