We put up a building addition for a wood working company. They had 3 std.semis trailers out back plus one that was a stainless unit! They were all set up to collect the saw dust by-product. I asked the owner one day why the SS trailer and he told me a bread company supplied it because they used it in their bread products!! Went on to say the wood going into the SS unit couldn't be from a "nut" producing tree!
