got a daughter getting married . . . prayers please
she has aiways been a great girl , smart ,strong , quick witted and funny . she has been my hunting partner since she was 11 , and has a couple nice whitetail bucks and numerous turkeys to her credit . she can run an 870 or a marlin 30-30 better than a lot of the guys .she is marrying a fantastic young man from an awesome family . we could not have picked a better match for her if we tried . so if you could , maybe send up a quick prayer for Jack and Kate and for their continued and future happiness .also if you could perhaps one for me as well ,i am gonna need a little help walking her down that aisle and giving my girl away . thanks

but old memory flash back MY departed FIL gave me a some what similar speech about his daughter and his rules on her ( she was 21 even at the time )
I could not post on here what he said to me and threated ( and death was the least of it ) loved the old guy RIP

When I walked my daughter down the aisle she asked me if I had any last-minute advice. I told her "Don't try to wear it out the first night". She laughed all the way down the aisle. After the ceremony was over everyone was asking why she was laughing so hard. She wouldn't tell them.
My mother asked me later why she was laughing, I just told her it was a little private moment between us. 😁

Fine folks here . . . Thank you all ! Shootuadeal :I grew up on my parents farm ,Angus beef cattle . Still farm part time with my brother , all we have for tractors now are internationals. 706 diesel, 2- 666 gas , 656gas ,super M all in use no show tractors . Butchdog : he's well aware that actions have consequences. But he's a fine young man ,no worries

I have four sisters and am a retired middle school teacher.
I've always maintained little girls spend their first twelve years wrapping daddy around their little finger, then the next 6 or so years making sure he will be glad to GIVE THEM AWAY!!!!
