    slide both sides and serial no, and any marks stamps on frame..those grips are brand new

    Slanted slide pulls and deep ejection port, it is NOT a USGI slide. Maybe a Springfield Inc.

    Personally I would say they’re asking too much. Looks to me like a parts gun, built on a government issued frame.

    Odd angle pictures show no markings or detail of major parts; barrel, slide, and receiver. Dealer is not being honest.

    But I can now tell that the trigger, the rear sight and the thumb safety are not GI parts. The magazine is either a cheap post war contract part or an even cheaper counterfeit.

    Consider that you can get a sound copy, what I call Imitation Army Surplus, for about $500. It is a foreign copy, but it is all the same manufacture and gets good reviews.
