My turn to cook
Had one lonely package of venison sausage left, so I made a pie;
Browned up the sausage and added it to a half dozen eggs, a little spinach, some chopped onion, a cup of cottage cheese and 2 cups of shredded sharp chedder plus a little salt and pepper. Quick work to make a crust and then threw it all together. Dang, it's good! Add a little cornbread and some strawberry shortcake for dessert and it makes a pretty satisfying meal.
And dammit! It ain't a quiche.π Bob

I think the 3/4 cup of Crisco I used making the crust makes all of the nutrient stuff moot. π Bob

Nope. Just has to be accounted for. I guess the grams of fat will be up there.

Now you gone and done it! If I can just find that can of kidney beans buried in the cupboard, that will be on the menu for my next turn at the stove. It's starting to cool off a bit here and chili will hit the spot! Bob

I don't cook(if there's any other option) although I did manage to feed myself for 7 months while Grouch Attack moved in to care for her mother. If/when I do cook, it's not anything beyond basic but I didn't poison myself.
