With due respect, I do not believe we have a culture problem at all based on the intent of our countries founding fathers. IMHO What we have is a counter-culture problem brought about and glamourized by the radical left. Further, the counter-culture I speak of is fully entrenched in the DEMOCRAT party.
It is entrenched in both parties, both Unlawful parties. The 2 party system is not spelled out in the Constitution and therefor is illegal.
It goes especially to corporations voting and how elections are run. The "parties" are registered corporations and have no right and is actually illegal for the voting process. Look it up.
There is a lawsuit working up to the supreme court for this exact reason. Coming out of Arizona. It would be interesting to see the "news" report on this.

Please refer me to the section, that spells out political parties, in the constitution. You can't, as it is not in there, thus "UNLAWFULL". I didn't say illegal.
I'll have to forage for the law that says corporations cannot vote or participate in elections. I do believe that is written in the UCC.
And there is something about by-laws that have to be followed by every corporation, and if not, subject to penalties and jailtime for officers of said corporations. There is a court case in Arizona moving to the Supreme court on this exact issue concerning the gop and dems.

There is nothing in the Constitution about political parties. No political party is a legitimate part of our government. They just took control of everything many years ago and nobody stopped them.

I would suggest that the First Amendment clearly sanctions political parties. It is not the fault of the founders that the electorate has let itself to be placed in two perceived corrals.

There is nothing illegal about parties. It boils down to, if you want to live your life as you feel is best and be aloud to seek your own destiny, you’re considered right of center, a Republican. If you wish to have someone lead you around and have the government make decisions for you and tell you how your life will be lived, your considered left of center, Democrat.
It’s just a definition of your character of how you choose to live your life. People of the same character tend to flock together.
Personally I don’t like people or a government telling what I can and can’t do, or believe in outside the boundary’s of the constitution.
