What scope mount do I need?
I'm not much into AR,s, but I assembled this frankengun a few years ago. I installed a Nikon Buckmaster scope using some low rings I had. I can't get my cheek low enough to see through the scope.
I stuck it back in the safe and forgot about it until recently.
Any help is appreciated.

Get a riser and put the scope back on I would think.

I used ultra high rings for mine. You could also add a riser and use the same rings.

I like these:
Burris PEPR mount. They have them is 30mm and 1 inch.

I'll second the PEPR mount. It puts the scope at just the right height.

.458 and DDM4V7 got Vortex Cantilever. I got A.R.M.S. "High" #22 rings on my varminter. Don't buy from A.R.M.S. directly because they're asking silly bugger prices.
