The boss has her birthday tomorrow. Her choice, grilled salmon, baked spuds, fresh green beans. I guess I can eat semi healthy just this once. Bob

We go to a pig roast every Labor day, but this year we decided to stay home. Going to get some blue claw crabs, corn on the cob and Baked potato's, some Andouille sausage on the grill.

I have plenty of BEER for the weekend. All food is secondary, but will be enjoyed just the same! πŸ™‚

Had a nice big thick grilled Ribeye last night. Diced Green and yellow zucchini w/a diced sweet onion in it. Grilled fresh sweet corn. Mmnn good.

Gonna probably do a repeat either today or tomorrow. πŸ‘πŸ˜πŸ•Ί

I'm going to grill up a big home raised yard bird, fresh squash and zucchini out of the garden, on the grill as well. Wife unit makes some amazing salads with cucumber, garbanzo beans, tomatoes and such.

    Boy howdy!

Well, believe it or not we haven't had bbq all summer.... I have a large"picnic pack" of chicken in the fridge and fresh corn. I think I'm making potato salad. I'm the head cook so I'm not sure what else we will have, maybe a watermelon πŸ‰

Yep, a repeat. A large, thick grilled Ribeye. Zucchini w/sweet onion mixed in and a couple roasted/grilled ears of fresh picked sweet corn. Plenty of butter, might be involved. πŸ€”

    Maybe a Tater or two.

The only grill use I'm going to have today is to use the side burner to make some fried green tomatoes. We fry only very rarely, and do it outdoors.

I have a Ninja Foodi griller, air fryer, etc. It is the Bomb.

Just saying. Being able to grill inside, is Awesome!

It was not cheap, but it has been great. πŸ‘

*Results are the same as outside on the grill, but 1/2 the time.

Air Fryer use, has been Awesome!

Getting ready to cook my Ribeye and Corn, in a few minutes. Easy peesie.

Had the other nice big thick Ribeye last night. More grilled sweet corn w/butter and more Green/Yellow Zucchini, diced sweet onion and butter last night. Mmnn..........................Good.

Gonna have some nice homemade russet fries in the Air Crisper, (takes about 10 minutes) and a big bag of Tyson boneless Buffalo Chicken nuggets out of the same Air Fryer. Left over Zucchini with a side of Ceasar/Blue Cheese dipping sauce for the Chicken nuggets, here in a bit. Maybe a nice salad.

    Mmnn.......................Mmnn..............................

Marinated deer loins on the grill, home made potato fries and baked tomato slices topped with spinach, cream cheese and shredded parmesan cheese.

Wife had these baked tomatoes last week at her grand daughters and said they were delicious, we will see.

I’m not that well set up, but yeah- the Air Fryer is a really nice addition to any kitchen for sure!

I kept it simple this wknd, grilled chicken a few times, smoking hot wings now, smoked Baked potatoes yesterday (stuffed with pulled bbq chicken).

New York Strip grilled with Angelo's Steak House (Panama City) seasoning and recipe. We complimented the Chef on a visit many years ago, and he gave us a tour complete with showing us how they cooked their steaks.

Labor Day, end of Summer and I run out of gas for the grill about midway through the cooking! I should have filled my 3 reserve tanks but it has been kind of hectic around here for some time.

Anyway, finished off the potato's, browned sugar carrots, and the chicken wings in the kitchen oven and they turned out great! Still had that amazing grilled taste!

Plan for today is a trip to my propane filling station!

Cooked some big NY strip steaks ($15 each at Wally World) on our charcoal fired Weber Grill Sunday. Mine was so big, I couldn't finish it. Felt like I had a red meat overdose the rest of the night.
