News on AQH in Fla
I just heard back from Steve. Idalia passed just west of him but he did have damage and is still out of power. 2 large oak trees went down & totaled his truck & car. "Luckily," the vehicles prevented the trees from hitting the house. He sounds good & says hello. Al

Glad to hear the damage was limited, although getting to and fro for necessities might be a major problem.
Hopefully the insurance companies don't screw people out of coverage as they seem to have a trend for.

Power just restored late this afternoon. Two big oak trees came down and destroyed the Ford truck and Toyota car. But they saved the house. Without them the center of the house would have been destroyed.

I think we all concur with Grasshopper. Steve is the kindest, most thoughtful person on the forums. We are lucky to have him as a member and friend. There are still a few good people left in this world!!!
