A very nice sight to start my day. Sunrises and sunsets are just amazing out here.

    Parker. Nice little town in a red county. I like it.

    It's a nice little town. The mainstreet is small but packed with good restaurants. And on Sundays, mainstreet is closed for the farmer's market. Lots of pop up shops with good veggies and good peaches. There are also 2 good gun stores in the immediate area.

    I was lucky enough to be stationed in Denver, (Lowry AFB) after Basic for my 1st MOS, (6 mo.) before going to Jump School. (All Services went there for any/all Photo MOS's. at that time.) [1980] Omar Bradley's Grandson was our CO.

    I drove my IH Scout cross-country to have it out there. I was there when Mt. St. Helens blew. Iran Hostage situation still in flux/underway. B-52's on the Runway/Loaded.

    Have traveled back to Crested Butte, CO to go Skiing, stay with friends that worked on the Mountain, Ski Patrol etc. (Around 1994-5)

    Beautiful State. Son/Girlfriend lived there up until a year or so ago. (Moved back East.) They are out there right now, camping/hiking and visiting friends. In Leadville, last night. Son worked as an Outdoor guide out W. (OR, WA, CO) for a few years. (How he met his girlfriend.)

    Miss the Mountains.
