  Good catch or good memory TRAP. I remember those being advertised. I don't remember ever seeing one. It would be a fun gun to shoot. Maybe that is what to OP has. If so, he is lucky.

  That was about the slimmest amount of info, and the only .22 caliber rifle called a Johnson I know of. Shot one years ago, that was the fun and easy part. Finding all the brass to reload wasn't fun, or easy!

  Very interesting article and read. I was unaware of this branch/offshoot of the M1 Carbine. Would love to own one. (Specifically the 5.7.)
