It was only a matter of time before the sock puppet and his controllers got us into a war

Sell off our oil reserves shut down all gas and oil and coal mining

    Destroy our economy

Allow millions of who knows what to cross in free on our dime

    His administration has destroyed America

I think if he gets us into a war they can claim a national emergency and he stays in office

    Maybe there plan

The Syria thing has been going on for quite a while. We've had a presence there for years while trying to clean out ISIS.

The Iranian backed groups got to feelin' a little froggy after the incidents in Israel so we had to tamp 'em down a bit.

Here's an interesting read about one engagement that took place in 2018.

Special Forces Soldiers Reveal First Details of Battle With Russian Mercenaries in Syria
This battle became one of the rare occasions American and Russian combatants exchanged fire—one of the deadliest battles the Americans had faced in Syria.

Dems are war hawks! Always have been, always will be. War means more $ and power for them!

Hopefully we will avoid WW3, but I highly doubt it.

President Eisenhower warned us over sixty years ago advocating that the nation guard against the potential influence of the military industrial complex and their financial power over politicians.

...if the terrorist groups would stop firing rockets at U.S. Bases, we wouldn't drop bombs on their dumb diaper-heads...they tend to understand a bit better when they see their buddies turned into a red mist...

    Beat me to it, Sir.

I was going to say, They have wounded 22 of our Troops with rocket strikes in the last few days. Sometimes, enough is enough. You don't send our Very Best Citizen's/Troops in to Harms Way and then decline to protect them.

Any retaliation they get from Israel or us, they fully deserve. Let em' get away with it a few times. Guess what? It's gonna keep coming. Unacceptable.

@Texas1911DE Based on what is inside a turban, referring to them as Diaper Heads is correct. However, since a turban is made from a sheet of cloth, they could also be referred to as Sheet Heads.

I think we have a right to defend our soldiers.

Those folks had best remember that either Israel or the US, can levy a Biblical beat down on them, WITHOUT putting "Boots on the Ground."

Striking them a couple times, in order to remind them of that, does not constitute an Invasion. (Which we are also capable of.)

    Good for Slo Joe. 👍

Agree with Ken. Iraq was supposed to be invincible with their so called "guard"

but after Swartzkoff?, got through with them they had nothing left to fight with.

Shame his "boss" stopped his progress.

I think Israel alone could make a believer out the entire middle east. Been said here many times, "poke the bear and get the paw".

Woe unto any nation that fails to support Israel. If you don't believe it stick around for the end of the show.

I think we have a right to defend our soldiers.

We absolutely have that right as a matter of fact we have an obligation to protect our soldiers. But, we have no obligation to be the police of the Middle East. However, military contractors are addicted to the billions in tax dollars they have received over the past two decades and they are greasing the palms of politicians to make sure those politicians continue pushing policy that has us engaged in conflict either directly or by proxy to ensure those fat defense contracts keep coming

Wasn't President Trump that was going to start World War III?

I am not the one who checked disagreed, but truth is the military industrial complex no longer has the power they used to. If you think about it, most of the manufacturing that remains in America is what supports our military capability but they have little political influence.

Power (Money) is now centralized in the mostly with the Major banks, and Tech, and hedge funds.

Swartzkoff? had one of the best lines I remember a general saying, something close to ,

how can you beat an enemy that is willing to die for his cause, when we aren't willing to kill for ours ?
