I like big NUTS in my pecan pie. You other bakers cant deny. When a treat comes in with a crust too thin & the crumbs get on my chin It gets FLUNG! 🤣

Well Mr.P, the back side of that pie isn't perfect!!!!. There is this little indentation if you inspect it closely. Now, Having said that, I think you need to send that pie to me, for further inspection. I will send you the results in 24 hours or less!!!!!!!!!!!!!😋.

Puhcahn, if you please! Growing up we had 200 acres of 80 year old pecan trees. I got darned tired of picking up pecans. My Mom won blue ribbons several times with her pies at the county fair. My Granddaughter has the recipe down pat!
BTW---That is a nice lookin' pie!!!
