Listing a S&W target 52-1 over 50 years old. Can I send it to an FFL-03 under Gunbroker policy. (I am FFL 03)

  That depends primarily on the buyer's state laws. Some states do not recognize C&R licenses.

  also depends on HOW you ship it, no USPS.

  I ship C&R long arms all the time through USPS as long as they go to another FFL licensee

  No USPS for handguns UNLESS you are a Dealer FFL Type 03

  an 03 license is NOT a dealer license and cannot ship a handguns via USPS. To ship USPS you need an 01 or probably a true manufacturer's but definitely NOT an 03

  I made an "oops", knowing a dealer FFL Type 001 could ship via USPS, and not a C&R Type 03 (which I had and used for many years). Sorry to confuse; glad it was corrected.
