My search of the internet shows that Ruger made some of their P series pistols in 9X21. Namely the P89 and P95.

I can't find a listing for that model either. The cartridge was developed in Italy and produced in Israel for the Italian market and other countries where the laws prevent any civilian ownership of firearms in any military calibers like the 9x19 Luger. Some pistol competitors here used it for a while but generally in the U.S. it has fallen by the wayside. Perhaps Ruger made a few for the foreign market and those few competitors that used to use it. Some Ruger collector may want it and NIB might make it more attractive to them. Otherwise from a practical standpoint for the average shooter I can't imagine that there would be a ton of interest out there. You might check with these folks for a better idea of value:

    Good luck with it. Bob
