Odd Handguns -
(Trying not to hijake the Odd Rifles thread.) What unusual Handguns do you own? I somewhat recently purchased Two almost identical Remington XP-100's. (Both in 7mm Remington BR) Both from the Remington Custom Shop. Both with 14" barrels. (Technically Bullpups, by virtue of the triggers in front of the Action.) Custom Wood Thumbhole Stocks, worked triggers.
Purchased as "Investment Pieces" of Firearm Art.
What do you have that is unusual?

"Konesburg Colt." Roth Steyer M1907, C96 Mauser, couple of Lugers.

Broomhandle mauser with the wooden stock/case. Original 1969 Colt Python, new in the box. Gift from my dad. Savage model 101 single shot 22.

Thompson Center G2 Contender pistol with 14" barrel in 45acp.

Robin Hood revolver in .22 short. Made by Hood Mfg. in 1894. SMOOTHBORE with fake rifling at the muzzle, pressed a broach into muzzle to make it appear rifled. We are talking REAL cheap gun! Would be an NFA gun, but is old enough to be an ANTIQUE firearm.

Bond Arms Texas Defender in 9mm.

OK, odd as you will find. BIG HORN ARMS- used to be in South Dakota before out of business. 22 short fires from open bolt, single shot.

Grasshopper--I remember seeing a couple of them at gun shows. Should have picked one up.

Model 1917 S&W converted to 44 special with a k frame rear sight milled in. Done at the behest of my FIL who was a fan of Skeeter Skelton .

Don't have any odd pistolas. Maybe my modded up Colt Commander?
Now I liked the odd ball long guns. But since I was accused of jacking a thread I won't mention it here.

Ken- for a moment I was so proud you posted a picture, it turns out I can only give you half credit as it’s a pic from the auction you won😀.
Seriously though, Very nice pieces, I definitely don’t own anything that cool!

I had a Remington XP100 in .221 Fireball that would shoot .75" groups at 100 yards consistently. I had a 5x Burris Handgun scope on it. I shot a crow at 135 yards with it. Wish I still had it.

I have 2, a Russian Nagant revolver and the short barrel war era P38 (pic with a P1 below).
During the last run on guns and ammo - Covid, I think, I bought a tin of Russian 7.62x38R relatively cheaply compared to everything else at the time. It's a fun gun to shoot.
A older girl friend of mine sold me this short barrel P38. I need to knock the surface rust off of it. It had a broken set of wood grips on it, that I replaced with a set of P1/P38 grips.
